The Story of the Wilders

Have you ever wondered about Almanzo Wilder's family? How their place in Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House" books compared to their place in real-life history?

William Anderson researched and wrote a little booklet called The Story of the Wilders which has a lot of background information about the Wilder family. This book is part of his Laura Ingalls Wilder Family Series. I've posted about some of the other books in this series previously on LHCO.

I don't know how I came by these little books. They've been on our "Little House" bookshelf as long as I can remember. They're sort of obscure, but they are so helpful and fascinating for the Laura Ingalls Wilder enthusiast.
