Happy birthday, Pa!
On January 10, 1836, Charles Ingalls was born. He would grow up to be Laura Ingalls Wilder's father, immortalized as "Pa" in her "Little House" books. Pa is a memorable character because of his storytelling, fiddle-playing, and wanderlust.
