Jack, the brindle bulldog

If you've ever read the first few "Little House" books, you know that Jack the dog was an important part of the Ingalls family. He protected the family from wolves; he provided entertainment by chasing after jackrabbits he could never catch; he was Laura's childhood companion.

LHCO updates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with historical tidbits and activities inspired by Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House" books.
