Personalize your own tote bag!

In need of a summer craft? I've got just the project for you! 

Thanks to the dining room chair for modeling this bag, made for us by some dear friends and fellow Little House fans. 

All you'll need for this project is a canvas tote bag and a printable iron-on t-shirt transfer. You can choose any Little House-ey image you want (for that matter, any image you want, but this is a Little House blog). Just print out your picture on the transfer, position it on your tote, and follow the package instructions to transfer the image. Now you have a spiffy new Little House tote bag! Enjoy! 

Obviously, you could do the same thing with a plain cotton t-shirt to make your own Little House t-shirt. However, tote bags are less conventional and more useful, in my opinion, so that's why I chose to highlight them in this project. Have fun and get creative! Let me know how your tote turns out!
