Fried cornmeal mush

Today I'm going to share with you an easy recipe inspired by the "Little House" books by Laura Ingalls Wilder. Fried cornmeal mush, which is mentioned several times throughout the book series, makes a quick breakfast if you prepare the cornmeal mush (like porridge) the night before you want to eat it, then leave it in the fridge to chill overnight.
